1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any service from Automize Media Labs (the "Service"), including the Conversion Ignition Test (CIT) or the Launch Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase the Service.

2. Service Deliverables

Automize Media Labs provides data-backed content engineering. While we use proprietary technology ("Trend Engine 25™") to maximize performance, we are a service provider, not a platform.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

3.1 Conversion Ignition Test ($42): This fee covers raw computing power and initial data scraping. It is strictly non-refundable once the checkout process is complete.

3.2 Launch Program ($1,295): This is a 4-month commitment. Refunds are not issued for "change of mind." Refunds are only considered if Automize Media Labs fails to deliver the agreed-upon assets (videos/reports) within a reasonable timeframe.

4. User Obligations

To ensure the success of the system, you agree to provide:

• The "Calibration Set" (raw video/images) within 7 days of onboarding.
• Timely approval of scripts and drafts.

Failure to provide necessary assets does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: You own the final exported video files and the rights to use them indefinitely.

Automize Ownership: We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, including the "Trend Engine" data scraping logic and "Signal Scanner" algorithms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Automize Media Labs is not liable for any account bans, shadow-bans, or algorithmic changes on third-party platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that may affect your reach.
